House Washing Wednesday Cape Fair

House Washing Wednesday has taken us to Cape Fair MO to safely "soft wash" a home. You may find the pictures are not as good as most of our shots, it was threatening rain, very over cast and the main thing was to wash the home before the rain let loose. The home had the usual Southwest MO problems with the algae, mold and mildew plus they had remove some large plants form the front of the home replacing them with smaller ones. The larger plants had left brown stains on the white vinyl. Even though we brushed scrubbed these areas there is still some shadowing left. The owner had removed the shutters and is refinishing them so there is also some discoloration there too, but the shutters will be reinstalled. Here are some pictures of the home.
